# What your agent can do

> Prompts to give an AI agent that is connected to the Moderation API MCP server: queue triage, author checks, policy tuning, incidents and reports.

These prompts work with an agent that is connected to the [MCP server](https://docs.moderationapi.com/ai/mcp.md). Change the details to fit your platform.

## Triage the review queue

> Go through today's unresolved items in the review queue. Resolve the obvious spam, and show me the five you are not sure about.

The agent lists your queues and their items, decides the clear cases, and resolves them in bulk. You only look at the hard ones. You show as the reviewer of each item it resolves.

## Check an author

> Is user 8812 a bad actor? Check their history, and block them if it is a pattern.

The agent reads the author's trust level, flagged content and past actions. If you agree, it runs your block action, with a reason.

## Tune a policy from examples

> These 10 comments were flagged, but they are fine. These 3 got through, but they should not. Fix it.

The agent submits the examples again without storing them, with changed policy settings, until the result is right. Then it shows you the change and updates the channel when you agree.

## Respond to an incident

> In the last hour we got a wave of crypto scam posts. Find them, block the authors, and add the domains to a blocklist.

The agent finds the posts in the queue, runs your block action on the authors, and adds the domains to a wordlist.

## Get a report

> How did moderation go this month? Which policy flags the most, and is anything getting worse?

The agent reads the [analytics](https://docs.moderationapi.com/api-reference/analytics/summary.md): totals with the trend, the most flagged policies and authors, and the numbers per channel.

## Set up a new project

> Set up moderation for our new marketplace: a channel for listings and one for messages, a webhook to our endpoint, and a wordlist that blocks payment outside the platform.

The agent creates the project, the channels, the webhook and the wordlist, and sends test content to check the setup.

## Work with your other tools

When your agent also has other tools connected, it can combine them. For example:

* Post a daily summary of the review queue in your team chat.
* Open an issue in your tracker when a policy keeps flagging content that moderators allow.
* Draft a reply to a user whose post was removed.
